Too many gamers have grown frustrated with coverage that feels inflated, overly cautious, or disconnected from what makes games fun in the first place. Whether it’s review scores that don’t match the experience, critics who seem hesitant to be blunt, or commentary from people who don’t actually enjoy the medium, trust has eroded.
This site exists to push back against that trend. We believe games should be judged on their gameplay, design, creativity, and overall player experience—plain and simple. If a game earns praise, it will receive it. If it falls short, we will say so directly and explain why.
